Outstanding!!! This was my 1st experience with 3D printing. I found blueprints on line for a small item I needed and Tom took it from there. His updates & frequent (and quick) responses has made him a priority for any future 3D printing needs. I left the send my request to other printers checked to see what others pricing was...Tom beat them so bad I didn't even respond to their quotes.
